This handbook, which serves as a follow-up text to the The Palgrave Handbook of Experiential Learning In International Business, reviews theoretical and empirical approaches of experiential learning peadgogy, and its role in increasing the effectiveness in teaching and learning of international business, and also, in the incorporation of international business-related concepts and competences in business and non-business programs. The handbook is aimed to be a one-stop source forinternational managers, business educators, and trainers who seek to either select and use an existing experiential learning project or develop new projects and exercises of this kind.

Vasyl Taras is Associate Professor of Management at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA. He conducts research on cross-cultural and global virtual teams and crowd-based business problem solving, and experiential learning. His publications have appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, Organizational Dynamics, and other respected outlets. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, and the Editorial Board member of Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, and Management Research Review. Maria Alejandra Gonzalez-Perez is Full Professor of Management at Universidad EAFIT, Colombia. She is the former Vice-President of Administration at the Academy of International Business (AIB) and the current regional chapter chair for Latin America and the Caribbean (AIB-LAT). She is Area Editor of the Cross-Cultural and Strategic Management (CCSM) Journal; Associate Editor of Transnational Corporations; and Editor-in-Chief of the business journal AD-minister. Dr. Gonzalez-Perez has published 14 books, nearly 50 academic peer-reviewed papers and several book chapters in the areas of internationalization, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and international migration. Karen Lynden is an International Business lecturer at the Bryan School, University of North Carolina, Greensboro, USA. She is the 2017 recipient of both the Teaching Excellence International Award and Teaching Excellence Southeast United States Award from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. She is a member of the Editorial Review Board for the Cross Cultural & Strategic Management journal, coordinates international faculty panel sessions, and has served as co-author and chair of numerous Academy of International Business conference sessions.
