Beschreibung
The anthology bundles the findings of a conference of The Vocational Education and Training Research Network Association (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Berufsbildungsforschungsnetz - AG BFN). There are articles on four central topics: Understanding the term inclusion, offerings and learning locations for inclusive vocational training, competences and potential of disabled people, training standards and professionalisation of the training staff. The authors present results and experiences and offer constructive-critical suggestions and thought impulses for research, policy and practice in vocational training.
