Beschreibung
Heinz Cibulka undertook a tour d'horizon of his artistic work: from the analogue beginnings of his pictorial-language, his so-called “picture poems”, to very early digital techniques, to large-scale collages and to new digitally developed "picture poems" on Peter Kubelka. The individual work always consists of several images aggregated into larger series. And behind it all is a vast archive of image motifs. When Heinz Cibulka photographs, he draws from the life plentiful, from the lavish offering of images that present themselves to him. The selection of the artist's visual focus is supplemented by a detailed text by Kurt Kaindl.
