Oscar and his dog Carla set off on an adventure to Berlin and discover interesting places. Assorted people from the city accompany them on their travels. Historic and contemporary architecture is introduced. Various subjects like architectural and graphic styles, design concepts and developments in urban planning are explained for children through detailed illustrations and short texts. The authors, Claudia Stolte and Volker Schultz, are architects and urban planners from Berlin.
