'Problems of Legislation in Korea and Germany' The volume reproduces the papers given at the 8th Korean-German Symposium on the Administrative Law Comparison 2018 in Seoul. The focus was on sublegal legal norms. Their prerequisites, their scope of application and judicial protection were examined. Administrative regulations, the rules of technology and technical regulations as well as general legislative issues were also examined in more detail. These include the assessment of legal consequences and the protection of legitimate expectations.
