'The Protection of Post-mortem Personality Rights on the Internet: International Jurisdiction and Conflict of Laws': The thesis deals with the protection of the post-mortem personality right in the case of infringements via the Internet from the perspective of the law of international jurisdiction and conflict of laws. Among other things, the transferability of the ECJ's eDate advertising decision on international jurisdiction for violations of personality rights on the Internet to post-mortem infringement cases is examined.
