'Innovative Cooperation in Construction Based on the Examples of GMP and Alliancing Contracts': In the construction industry, GMP- and alliancing contracts, which focus on an increased cooperation between the parties, are being used more frequently. The aim of this study was to classify these contract models in terms of contract type and to determine the law applicable to them. The central question was whether the ideal-typical form of these contracts is still within the framework of an exchange contract or whether they are to qualify as agreements aimed at a common purpose.

Veronika Maier studierte Rechtswissenschaften in München und Toledo (Spanien). Im Anschluss an das erste Staatsexamen absolvierte sie das Rechtsreferendariat am OLG München mit Stationen u.a. in San Diego (USA). Sie begann ihre Promotion im Frühjahr 2019 unter der Betreuung von Prof. Dr. Christian Picker an der Universität Konstanz. Von März 2019 bis April 2021 arbeitete sie als Syndikusrechtsanwältin in München. Seit Mai 2021 ist sie als Notarassessorin in Bayern tätig.
